The Australian Grand Prix will remain on the Formula One calendar until 2035 after Formula One announced a new deal.
The new ten-year agreement will take effect from 2025, and it will also see Formula 2 and Formula 3 race in Melbourne from next season.
The Melbourne circuit returned to Formula One during the current season after three years with the 2020 race being cancelled shortly before the start of Free Practice One.
419,000 fans attended the most recent race, the largest weekend sporting crowd in Australia and organisers have been working to make improvements across the circuit to ensure that the Australian Grand Prix remains one of the most loved races on the calendar.

We know how important this event is to our economy and that’s why we’ve delivered the longest extension for the race since it has been held in Melbourne.”
